Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is split into two blocks, with training sessions held Monday through Thursday. Each session is age-specific and tailored to develop speed, power, strength, and overall athleticism.
Training Dates:
Block 1: June 2 β June 26
Block 2: June 30 β July 31
Group Training Times:
Morning Sessions:
Ages 10β16: 8:00 β 9:00 AM & 9:30 β 10:30 AM
Ages 17+: 11:00 AM β 12:00 PM
Evening Sessions: (Monday & Tuesday Only)
All Ages: 5:15 β 6:30 PM
