Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is split into two blocks, with training sessions held Monday through Thursday. Each session is age-specific and tailored to develop speed, power, strength, and overall athleticism.

Training Dates:

  • Block 1: June 2 – June 26

  • Block 2: June 30 – July 31

Group Training Times:

  • Morning Sessions:

    • Ages 10–16: 8:00 – 9:00 AM & 9:30 – 10:30 AM

    • Ages 17+: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Evening Sessions: (Monday & Tuesday Only)

    • All Ages: 5:15 – 6:30 PM
