Fall & Winter Strength and Conditioning Program

From September 8 – February 28, The Program x TGFN is offering our Fall & Winter Strength and Conditioning Program with open enrollment performance memberships.

Our training follows a concurrent model designed for overall athletic development, helping athletes maintain strength, power, and conditioning throughout the season while emphasizing functional movement and injury prevention techniques.

Athletes may train up to 3 times per week in a small group setting with a certified strength coach, ensuring individualized attention in a motivating environment.

Current Weekly S&C Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 5:30p-6:30p

Middle School Athletes: $189.99/month

High School athletes: $219.99/month

We also offer semi-private and private training options for athletes seeking more customized programming.
