At The Get Fit Nation, our tiered Strength & Conditioning system is designed to meet athletes exactly where they are in their physical development. Each level builds upon the previous one, ensuring safe progression, proper movement mechanics, and long-term athletic success.

  • Foundational Strength (Ages 8–10) 2x/week @ 45minutes

Building the Base for Athletic Success

This entry-level program focuses on developing fundamental movement skills in a fun, structured, and engaging environment. Athletes learn proper body mechanics, coordination, balance, and basic strength through age-appropriate exercises.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, run, jump)

  • Agility and coordination

  • Core stability

  • Bodyweight strength development

  • Confidence and teamwork

Our goal at this stage is to build strong movement habits and a love for training that sets the foundation for long-term athletic development.

  • Functional Strength (Ages 11–13) 2x/week @ 60minutes

Developing Strength with Purpose

As athletes grow, training becomes more structured and progressive. This level introduces resistance training with proper technique while continuing to refine speed, agility, and coordination.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Introduction to resistance training

  • Movement efficiency and control

  • Speed and agility development

  • Core strength and stability

  • Injury prevention fundamentals

Athletes begin to understand how to train with intention while building strength that translates directly to sport performance.

  •  Elite Performance Enhancement (Ages 14–17) 3-4x/week @60minutes

Maximizing Athletic Potential

Designed for competitive middle and high school athletes, this program enhances total athletic performance. Training intensity and complexity increase to improve strength, power, speed, and conditioning.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Progressive strength training

  • Explosive power development

  • Linear and lateral speed mechanics

  • Sport-specific conditioning

  • Mobility and recovery strategies

Athletes at this level train to compete — developing the physical tools necessary to excel in their sport.

  •  Advanced Performance Training (Ages 18+) 4-5x/week @75minutes

Training for Peak Performance

This program is built for collegiate athletes, aspiring professionals, and committed adults who want elite-level performance training. Programming is individualized and strategically periodized for maximum results.
