The Soccer Strength & Conditioning Program will focus on 3 pillars of athletic development (Functional Stability, Functional Strength, and Functional Power).
The training sessions will be offered 3 times/week for 75 minutes (Mon, Tues, Thurs 8-9:15am)
Full Program Cost is $250.00 per athlete or weekly rate at $125.00
Program Dates:
Week 1: Kinetic Chain Development + Functional Athletic Base + Conditioning ( June 7-June 11th)
Week 2: Functional Stability & Strength (June 14-17th)
Week 3: Functional Power and Explosiveness (June 22-June 25th)
Week 4: Total Body Strength + Metabolic Conditioning (June 28th-July 1st)
