What to Bring
Pair of Dumbbells ( 8 or 10lbs) for women
Pair of Dumbbells (12 0r 15lbs) for men
Water, Towel, and a Mat
Training Program Cost :
Training Session Rate: $125 per month
Teacher and Referral Rates available
Camps are on a five (5) week cycle.
Four (4) weeks on with one (1) week off.
