Session 1: Sept. 6th- Sept. 29th

Session 2: Sept. 11th-Oct. 3rd

Session 3: Nov. 15th- Dec. 15th


What to Bring

Pair of Dumbbells ( 8 or 10lbs) for women

Pair of Dumbbells (12 0r 15lbs) for men

Water, Towel, and a Mat

Training Session Rate: $125 per month

Four (4) weeks on with one (1) week off.
