Monday/Wednesdays 7-8pm

Session 1: Sept 8th-Oct. 5th

Session 2: Oct. 7th-Nov. 2nd

Session 3: Nov. 4th-Dec.2nd

Session 4: Dec. 5th-Dec.19th

What to Bring

Water, Towel, a Mat and
 - Women / 6, 8, 10, or 12lbs.
 - Men / 12 or 15lbs

$95 per month

Four (4) weeks on with one (1) week off.
